Commission & Committee Vacancies
Appointments to Stanton Planning Commission, Stanton Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission, and Stanton Public Safety Committee.
The City of Stanton is now accepting applications to fill three (3) vacancies on the Stanton Planning Commission, five (5) vacancies on the Stanton Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission, and three (3) vacancies on the Stanton Public Safety Committee. Applicants must reside within the city limits and be at least 18 years of age to qualify.
Section 2.06.030 of the Stanton Municipal Code requires the submission of applications and interviews prior to appointment to any position.
APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY CLERK ON OR PRIOR TO 5:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2023.
APPOINTMENT IS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED TO BE MADE BY THE CITY COUNCIL AT ITS MEETING OF FEBRUARY 28, 2023, OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS POSSIBLE.
