Stanton Town Center Specific Plan

About the Stanton Town Center Specific Plan
The Stanton Town Center Specific Plan, hereafter referred to either as “Town Center Specific Plan,” “TCSP,” or “the Plan”, provides a detailed description of the proposed land uses, infrastructure, and implementation requirements for development within the Town Center Specific Plan Area. The Plan is designed to create a district within the City of Stanton that promotes redevelopment and incentivizes new mixed-uses while preserving existing residential neighborhoods and enhancing the district’s industrial character. The design of the Plan incorporates place-making principles into a pedestrian-friendly streetscape that connects parks, lifestyle areas, walkways, future mass-transit and retail opportunities within a single mixed-use district, while preserving vehicular access to and throughout the Plan Area.
